Completed in 2011, this is a fully equipped holiday home brilliantly located for those who want to take in Western Australia’s best wine making region or events in the South West’s most vibrant town.
The home has three bedrooms. The main with queen bed and ensuite; the second and third bedroom have queen beds. There’s a single bed in the the study. There is also a spare single mattress. The second and third bedrooms share a large bathroom and separate WC.
The hub of the house is the large air-conditioned north-facing kitchen, living and dining area. There are TVs in the living area and the study.
A beautiful beach at Geographe Bay is just 7 to 10 minutes walk away (depending on how far into the holiday mode you are). 1 Arlewood is 3.5km from the centre of Busselton and you may even like to take the option of a great cycle path – guests can use our two bicycles.
Outside is a covered alfresco area with Weber Q BBQ.
Guests are asked to provide their own bed linen and towels. A maximum of six guests are allowed.
